walk: bridgewater canal, runcorn to manchester sat 8 sep

Today's walk was quite possibly the last long walk of the year in the 7-9+ hours range. As the days get shorter it's harder to organise: I need to get up early and either do a relatively familiar loop or get the tram or train out somewhere.

This was a good one, a really enjoyable day, even the heavy 35 minute deluge before Lymm. There's an enchantment to most things if you can find it, and there were a lot of enchanted moments on this walk.

Not much more to say beyond the 45 minutes of the spoken account. Go on, give it a listen.
