Today's live vocal improvisation performance, the first of four this week in which I deliberately constrain my vocal apparatus. Today I held my tongue against the back of my lower teeth.

There are further performances Wednesday, Thursday and Friday in which I use different constraints.

Today's is below, and honestly sounds better and more in control than I expected.
