live vocal improv fri 18 oct 19

So here's a slightly scrappy first vocal improv back after Tusk. I missed a week because I failed to organise a replacement day. This isn't wholly improvised since it does include a song fragment.

Honestly, when I listen back I tend to tune myself out, but then I do something either really awful, or much better than I remember and suddenly I'm cringing/patting myself on the back.

The song fragment:

The cars pass through
The riverrun
The broken edge
The road becomes
The grass grows tall
The scrap corrodes
And everything becomes the glow
That peels and falls
That peels and falls
That peels and falls away.

There's a hum
Behind your head
You can't locate
You know it well
The pavement shakes
The sky is cold
And everything becomes the glow
That peels and falls
That peels and falls
That peels and falls away.

And the glow says
Murder murder
And the glow says
Follow me
And the glow says
Did you forget
And the glow says
Ahh.
