A walk under seven hours out to Hazel Grove and back. In this account I discuss why I like walking, including a reflection on rhythm, and talk about familiar walks and places.

I also take in sections of the Trans Pennine Trail, the Mersey, Torkington Park, Cringle Park, the Fallowfield Loop and Alexandra Park.
