looking forward to when my hernia gets fixed

My hernia is exceptionally painful all the time now, and I still don't have a date for surgery. I wrote and recorded a short thing looking forward to when it's healed.

It does mention the pain, but I thought it was better framed looking forward to when I can take long walks again.

Tomorrow I'm going to try to see my GP again and emphasise once more just how much pain I'm in, though I'm not convinced they can offer much help.
