) th good /old w~ay 73-78 + 79-84

Two more batches from ) TH GOOD /OLD W~AY have arrived with Andrew Taylor.

The documentation is currently up to date since I'm pretty sure I haven't completed batch 85-90 yet which will mark the halfway point.

I quite like the effect on this current batch of images. For me at least it acts to introduce an extra layer of distance between the poem and the temptation to read it as documentary/confessional.

The tricky thing about creating a piece in this way is having to negotiate the critical reaction while the work is still in progress. Even if as in this case it amounts to a few scattered comments on Andrew's tumblr, and from other artists and friends.
