Live vocal improv Fri 16 Jul 21

Constraints. That's the theme this week. Having used voice and ALL the OBJECTS, then voice only to play with found text, and back to ALL the OBJECTS, this week's live vocal improv is voice and just one object.

It turned out a lot more restrained than I'd like, or than I anticipated, but I feel it's a fun exploration nonetheless.
