live vocal improv, fri 27 mar 20
The first live vocal improv after the imposition of the first real set of restrictions on movement (I'll have reflections on that at some point soon). The last live vocal improv before British Summer Time starts this weekend. This week saw what I think is the strongest improv I've done for a while.
Voice and objects generate clattering, ringing, vocalisations that are more cat-like than intended, vocal sounds I don't remember making, distinct sections to the piece, and an overall shape.
So I'm pretty happy with it. Take a listen and see what you think. Leave a comment and let me know. And above all take care and stay safe from the coronavirus.
