Three things over the next few weeks you may be interested in.

First up is Strawberry Shortcake II at the Klondyke Club in Levenshulme. Womb, which involves Helen Shanahan, Debbie Sharp and Louise Woodcock among others are playing.

It's Saturday 26 February at 4pm (although I was also told 2pm) and costs £10. Facebook event here.

Womb rehearsal sessions prior to their first performance at Manchester Artists' Bonfire here and here.

Friday 4 March the following week Gary Fisher and others play We've Got an Elaborate Light Show at Kraak.

This one starts at 8pm and costs only £4.

Also on Friday but running through Saturday and Sunday (4-6 March) at Rogue Studios is Hissheads Zine Launch. It starts at 7pm each day.

This is a project by Florian Fusco. I don't have a lot more detail at the moment. I'll be making some kind of noises there on the Sunday, and Gary's likely to be there too if he can get the time off work. More information to follow when I have it.

I believe the zine draws from Florian's project last year of interviewing and photographing various north west sound artists. Both zine and gigs should be interesting.
